Overall my experience with CMG was good. The lenders explained most of what needed to be done and submitted upfront for the loan approval process. The only thing that I would say that could improve is the communication right around closing time. Documents were asked for with urgency in order for closing to happen on time. Luckily I was organized and able to submit them expeditiously. But for some people it would be helpful if the list of last minute (day before closing documents) were communicated a few days prior to closing so that they could have them ready to submit. But I am very grateful to Linda and her team for getting the job done and my wife and I into our new home!

Linda was a very sweet lady however; during our time of being a first time homebuyers it was extremely stressful. We had to keep calling to get answer. I was told we had liens and then later on it was another couple that had the liens.  We were also quoted a lower interest rate and when it was time to close the interest rate sky rocketed. We were extremely upset. Also our down payment amount changed several times and was never really clear as to how much we needed to put down until the day of closings. This experience was a nightmare. We were just ready to sign our papers and move into our new home.
